The shaving power of YOU (1)

This is a first post of a serie that will be focusing on YOU.

At Raz*War we strongly believe that our best ambassadors are our customers: YOU. We often receive feedback of our customers' experiences with our shaving products and related services (such as our subscriptions). We think it is time to share some of those with the world.

We are proud of these great (shaving) stories happening to you with Raz*War. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is less good but we always try to find a tailor-made solution.

Here is a first testimonial from Phil R., living in the UK. So you know, we have replied to his "little issue with his wife" by sending to the couple an extra El Fidel handle so that they can live happily ever after in their home avoiding a shaving war ;-)

Message received by email :

"Good morning...some good news...and some bad news......

Received my order, and yet again I have to say the El Fidel is the BEST shave I have ever had, the handle has style and function and is possibly impossible to improve on. 100% satisfied and a committed long term customer for the future.

The bad news...my beautiful partner Clare borrowed my El Fidel for a bit of "lady shaving" and was so impressed she asked me to order some razors for her to replace her existing "main" brand razor ( for her legs I need to add :-) ). I therefore ordered the El Che...for ladies..it arrived..she tried it...and disaster.(...)..sorry guys but not a success at all. Is it not possible to give the El Fidel a feminine touch...quality is hard to beat...maybe you guys could look into producing the El Fidel with some nice little "female" motifs?

So guys what can we do?....love the product...love the concept..but you got to help me or Clare is gonna steal my razor!!!!

Keep up the good work ...vive la revolution !!!"
