It is an understatement to say that razor blades generally costs huge amounts of money. This combined with the fact that they need to be replaced regularly and you get a great mix of factors that will rapidly impact your wallet.
We are trying - through the Raz*War project - to find solutions to let you shave you face instead of you wallet. This is one of the reason we came up with the subscription model that we like to call : Shaving as a Service. But that's not the only way to save money on razor blades. You can also do a few things in order to prolonge the life of your razor blade.
To illustrate that I would invite you to watch this little video from a great shaving expert - Mantic59 - who explains you a few basic tricks that you might start doing as of today.
The full article written by Mantic59 can be found here
In summary, there are a few factors that can influence the life of a razor blade:
- The water you use to shave
- The metallurgy of the blade used
- The type of hair
- The quality of the products (lather) used to shave
Learn more about them in the video.
Until your next shave,
David, Raz*War co-founder
