It has been a while since we shared some facts and figures about us with you.
Let's start with a couple of facts:
- We are softly launching our worldwide shipping solution for affordable prices. check the new rates here. We are shipping for free for orders above 50 € too ;-)
- We are in the process of pre-launching our new website > have a look at the Beta version (do not place orders there ;-))
- We will be launching a new service and model very soon. It is called Raz*War Black Edition. Check it out here.
Then let's have a look at some figures. We are in the process of collecting the results of our satisfaction survey and we want to share a few elements with you.
Our Net Promoter Score is very high : 42 (In a previous survey we were at 18; so according to you we are improving.)This is very important for us and we would like to thank YOU for that.
A few other statistics for your eyes :
- 80% of El Fidel users find it "good to excellent"
- 98% of our customers are satisfied ("good + excellent" answers) with our delivery time
- 77% of our customers were satisfied ("good + excellent" answers) with our shipping costs
- 97% are satisfied ("good + excellent" answers) with our payment facilities
- 63% are positive about our support and the remaining 37% are neutral; this means 0% unsatisfied. Waouw!
- 1 customer out of 2 is asking for more accessories, more razors & blades and more products; we'll act upon that.
