A word on deliveries and how it's done

We’ve shipped a bunch of starter kits and subscriptions since the opening of the site, on june 30th.

We now know that a package usually takes less than 24 hours after we shipped to get to your mailbox. We’ve already had some great feedback from our customers, especially one who received his package less than 12 hours from the moment he ordered. Of course, he ordered late in the day, just before we went into the shipping process of the day. Another client living in Gran Canaria, Spain (well, closer to Africa than spain, actually) had his package a week after we shipped it, which is unusually long, even for such a remote location.

We carry your razors and blades at about 18h30 every night to the post office, were they are in turn brought to the sorting office in Bruxelles-X, and sent the very night to its region of destination.

Another factor that you might want to take into account is the payment method: With paypal, we have a direct confirmation of the payment and can process your order on the spot. With wire transfer, it’s another story. We need to synchronize with our bank account, and anyways it takes a minimum of one day until we get the payment confirmation.

So, as a last word, if you want your order as fast as possible, order before 18 and use paypal as a mean of payment!
